1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Revira AS ("we", "us", "our") through our UK online store at revira.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. PRODUCTS

3.1 Product Description

We sell natural animal repellent products in granule form. Our products are non-toxic and designed for outdoor use to deter animals humanely.

3.2 Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.

3.3 Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions on our products.

3.4 Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout:

  • Standard delivery (48 hours): £5.00
  • Express delivery (24 hours): £9.00

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. ORDERING PROCESS

5.1 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

5.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery address concerns

5.3 Contract Formation

A contract between you and us comes into existence when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses or addresses outside the UK.

6.2 Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe selected at checkout:

  • Standard delivery: 48 hours
  • Express delivery: 24 hours

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin from the point of dispatch, not from the time of order placement.

6.3 Delivery Provider

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistics partner, Huboo.

6.4 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, or if you fail to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge for additional delivery costs.

6.5 Risk

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013)

7.1 Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.

7.2 How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@revira.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Clear statement of your wish to cancel

7.3 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original, intact packaging with all labels and seals intact

Important: Due to the nature of our products (animal repellent granules), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

7.4 Return Process

You must send the goods back to us at:

Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.

7.5 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • We sent you the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

7.6 Refund Timing

We will process your refund within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods, or 14 days from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

7.7 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

8. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015)

8.1 Your Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

8.2 Reporting Issues

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@revira.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs or video evidence showing the fault or damage

8.3 Remedies Available

Within 30 days of receipt:

  • You are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund, including original delivery costs

After 30 days (up to 6 months):

  • We will offer a repair or replacement of the faulty goods
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a full or partial refund

After 6 months:

  • You may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, but you may need to prove the fault existed at the time of delivery

8.4 Return of Faulty Goods

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us before returning faulty goods so we can provide you with return instructions.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Our Liability to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you in relation to any contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

9.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, business, revenue, or anticipated savings
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • Any loss arising from misuse of products contrary to instructions

9.4 Product Use

Our products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper use.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Revira AS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We will provide information about relevant ADR providers upon request.

12.3 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, although the UK is no longer required to participate in this scheme.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.

13.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
